Show Date in cart depending on items in stock

QUESTION:
How to set a product/ cart to show Date i can start delivering my product depending on availability of product in stock?

I have certain amount of products per day. It is a small priced products and customers buying it by 50, 100, 150, 200 - up to 1000 items in one order. Some bye more some by less.

Every day I am capable to send only 500 items and no more.

How many in stock for that day - depends on how many items already sold for that day - more or less.

QUESTION: Is it possible to set up a product/ cart that display next available dates i can send it in a calendar that depends on how many items left in stock ? And my customers able to make orders and select the first available date available to them. Or if they can not make a selection - they should see a date on what date it is available and know that it is the date i sent items out?

They want my items to be shipped to them as soon as possible.This is not their choice when they want it to be delivered. It is opposite: depending on how many items left for the day and on what day it is available.

On the product page I let customers select how many items they need and a calendar dynamically show When that amount is first available - on what Date. If they like that date - let them proceed and pay. The date must be recorded in their order and sent to me as well with their order. Now customers expecting delivery not early than on the date that is on the order.

Sometimes they order and it is available immediately. Not a problem. But sometimes i have too many customers and they order in advance for 2 days - 2 weeks and sometimes 2-3 month in advance.

Is it possible to set my product this way? Or there is a better solution for it? Doers any body already implemented such set up?

The solution will probably be to use product "Date" custom fields, but can you tell me where do you exactly through some screenshots ?

2. Using the "Product available from/until" option will probably do the job.

Let me clarify:
The product is not limited by.... date from , and until ...date. That is not the situation.

The warehouse gets that product on a daily basis the same certain amount. Like 500 daily. Only 500 units available every single day. And it will be replenished every single day for the same amount every day in the year.

I CAN DO IT MANUALLY:
It is possible to make a product for Month 1 and limit it 500 units. and then make another for Month 2 and limit it to 500 units. and so for every other days in every month for the next 3 month.
Now you will see 90 products created manually.

Here is efforts:
- creating a product for every day,
- describe for what day it is in the Product description ,
- set limit of that product in quantity
- set Published and Unpublished date.

That is too much manual work if you need to make 90 of these ( for 3 month).

Details of the example:

Select amount: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500. ( maximum quantity for a day is 500 units limit)
after a person made selection they should see a date displayed on what date this amount first available.
And then proceed to payment.

Let say Bob is first to order today. He selects 200 units and he seeing now - DATE AVAILABLE: 26/8/2014 ( Today)

Let say Mary came a few minutes after Bob and wants to order 100, She selects 100 and see the message: AVAILABLE ON DATE: 26/8/2014 ( Today) ( because Maximum per day in a stock is 500, and they both ordering 200+100=300 only)

David came a few minutes later and he select to order 400. He is seeing message: AVAILABLE ON DATE: 27/8/2014 ( Tomorrow ) because there is not enough for Today in stock.)
He proceed to order than the AVAILABLE ON DATE: 27/8/2014 is recorded on his order and invoice

Now you see it is not the time frame - between and until the dates.
It is like rolling orders to the next day when there are enough items/units in stock for. And displaying that AVAILABLE ON DATE in product/cart and in order record.

Please advise.
