Hello
I have missconfigured something and i cannot fix anymore. Because of that, i cannot logout using the SOFORT payment method anymore.
In the orders i can see: your order is ROOT.
I see this also in the main configuration and i am not able to change it.

Pls help.

Hi,

This looks like that you deleted all the order statuses on your website.
That's a big issue as nothing we will work properly without that.
Worst is that it is not easy to solve unless you're ready to loose all your categories/products.
You'll have to edit the table hikashop_category and add back the order statuses in there if the are missing and make sure that they are setup properly with the same values as after a fresh install. Then, click on the "rebuild categories" button of the HikaShop configuration in order to avoid further issues.

Hi,
But how can that happen?
I havent deleted anything. I did just Change the order notification.

Can i Export the products and then Reimport in a new Installation?
Will it recreate all categories and products?

Attached i send you 2 Screen shots of the SQL-DB and HikaShop-category tables.

I cannot see any diffference. I would really appreciate when you could have a look ;)
It would be a big problem and a lot of work when i have to reenter everything. I did not delete anything in the tables.

Hi,

Would it be possible to have a screenshot of your HikaShop statuses configuration.
Under : HikaShop > Sysetm > Order status
demo.hikashop.com/administrator/index.ph...ory&filter_id=status

I translated "Wurzelverzeichnis" and it told me that it is the root category.
So, by an obscure reason, HikaShop can't find the "order status" category.
The database content looks good.

An access to your backend will be required in order to see it directly the problem.
(And maybe an FTP access to add some debug traces).

Hi,

I finally see the problem in your website.
I really don't know how you did that but, you edit the root category and you changed his "category_type" from "root" to "product".
So your HikaShop store didn't have any root category ; that's why the order statuses and other features couldn't work properly in your website. I fixed that and now it is working fine.

Please don't edit the root category :)

I am sorry, but it still does not work properly.
I tried to buy something from Dioroso but i then still get the msg: order status has been changed to ROOT. The Email confirmation is sended as you see in the attachement. Is that maybe causing the problem?
For some reason i am also not goingto be switched tot he SOFORT payment page. Instead i get immediately the msg. "Thanks for your purchase". The only payment method is: SOFORT Überweisung. The order stays in the basket.

For test purposes you can try to buy products from DIROSO and you can use: User "Joly" PW: Joly1956

I am getting crazzy..............

First, I'm Jerome, not Nicolas ; thanks.
Second, I have fix the fact that your order statuses were broken, but I didn't change the configure of your HikaShop for all elements (configuration / payment config / shipping config).
I should explain it better (but it was late and I was tired), I fix that:

I see this also in the main configuration and i am not able to change it.

So now you can see your order statuses in the backend and you are able to change your configuration to something working.
