ordering articles

-- HikaShop version -- : Business 2.3.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.10

I cannot display the shop, because it is not online at this moment.
The problem is that the articles are not all shown at the right way.
I have 8 categories and in the first 2categories the display is random. In the other categories the display is at product name. At tha backend they are sorted at productname.
