That is not a problem related on HikaShop.
Before importing the image, this one must be in the correct position. If you see it correctly on your computer but is upside down in HikaShop, that's certainly because your computer have data to put it correctly, but in the image data that's not correct.

So you will have to use a image manager software to rotate the image correctly and then import it in HikaShop.
