-- url of the page with the problem -- : lockharttactical.com/category/product/11...mbat-not-i-t-s-shirt
-- HikaShop version -- : LATEST
-- Joomla version -- : LATEST
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : firefox newest

lockharttactical.com/category/product/11...mbat-not-i-t-s-shirt

This URL here isn't displaying any images properly? Why is that? When you click on the broken img ICON, it displays the img properly.

The second issue is with CACHE. my site's server is running at 100% , and its killing everything.
Can I turn on my JOOMLA caching? Will that hurt hikashop?

I think Nicolas before was saying i need CACHE OFF?

MY GTMETRIX report is showing bad!
gtmetrix.com/reports/www.lockharttactical.com/hy2CyScJ

What in hikashop can be fixed to make this display properly?

Also, some of my product display listings aren't looking right. Nicolas tried to help me before, but i just dont understand it.

On my homepage, and product listing page:
www.lockharttactical.com (HOME)
lockharttactical.com/product PRODUCT LISTING)

The products are displaying different size divs.
Im trying to figure out what code is needed to make them all display the same, and look good.
can you please assist? I know that this is not an issue you usually can help with, but its driving me insane.

Thank you so much!

Hi,

1. This inidicates that the thumbnails for the image couldn't be generated. It probably is because of the permissions of the folders in media/com_hikashop/upload on your server. Make sure that the apache user has writing access to them on your server.

2. Turning joomla caching is not a good idea and actually, if you look at the report from yslow on your link, it tells you what you should do:

Add Expires headers
Make fewer HTTP requests
Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)
Use cookie-free domains
Reduce the number of DOM elements

None of them are related to changing something in HikaShop or activating the Joomla cache.

3. I indeed already explained you several times what to do by email. I'm sorry but I can't keep answering always the same questions which are even not part of the normal support we provide... After several hundred of messages of CSS and layout customization, I believe I already did my fair share of help to you. Just read the emails where I already gave you the solution to that or ask a designer to help you with styling your shop.
