Products with special chars in title dont display

Hi,

Im running latest hikashop business. I have noticed an issue with SEF urls created via product title.

If the Title contains special characters such as the following that i have noticed:

& + ) ( .

The system displays product in category, but when you click the created URL, it displays error:
Message
Product not found

Possible bug? Or am i the only one experiencing this issue? It may be important to note we update all products via csv importing. If we have any special chars in there the product flypage will not display.

This is frustrating as we cannot name our products what tehy are (Eg some of our products are actually labeled as Active+ we cannot use the + and title our products correctly!!

Sorry i didnt list hikashop version, but i cannot seem to find the version number?

Hi,

You have to deactivate the option to remove the product id and category id from the SEF urls.
Otherwise you will have to specify a canonical url to help the HikaShop SEF to find the correct product and generate a correct url.
