Variants display table

we have variants display set to table, it looks good here: (dropdowns)

but this product

still shows radio buttons and they are not even lined up correctly.

Isn't this a global setting? Please advise how to fix this. Thank you.

i changed it to dropdown and they seem to all be working that way now. Nevermind!
