This is a plugin where you insert height and width and calculates the price, is that possible in hikashop.
Is also possible to have a characteristic or option that increments the price in percent insted of price. So if the client inserts the dimensions, it calculates a price and after this one is done it sums a percent if an option is chosen.

For the first thing, yes there is something doing that, the plugin "custom quantity width length".

For the second one, there is nothing for that at this time, but this can be implemented in a plugin.
You can use the previous one as a base for this feature.
