Display product in other menu

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6

I have created a product wich in in three categories, emotions, love and all products, also created a menu that leads to all products, so the product is displayed there, but when i click on the product, instead of having the address todos/name-of-products, the url takes me to component/hikashop/producto/name-of-product.

I found that if i take out the canonical if exits it works.

Can you give us more information about the issue that you are having like how are your accessing to your product ? through a product listing content menu/module ?
