How to display a page with categories only?

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4.
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.

I want a page with only categories, both text and image.
No products, only the category.

Hi,

Edit your menu item via the menu Display>Content menus, and under the "associated module" options area, change the "sub element filter" option to "direct sub elements" and that should do it.

Well, you should get rid of the associated module - look, it's a product listing as shown right below the settings of your category listing.

So, in the settings of the category listing, at "Tilknyttede moduler", click on "Vaelg", then turn off all modules in the popup, OK it, then save the category settings.

Hi,

What @lousyfool says won't help. If you do that, then you won't get any product displayed once you click on a category and having a categories listing which doesn't lead anywhere has no purpose.

That actually means that you have products in the "product category".
You should move them to sub categories, this way when listing the main categories, you will see only categories.
