change general setting from both to only shippable

May be a stupid newbie quest, but

change general setting from both to only shippable goods?
(I mean ALL products are shippable and no option to choose under each product
I know that function was somewhere, but forgot or overlook...

In the product edition page you can find the option "Product type", it allow you to set the product as shippable good.
