Only want to display specific categories

I only want to select specific categories to be shown in the categories listing menu item type.

Is there anyway this can be done at the moment it is displaying them all.

Or you can create two category trees, like Category A and Category B in the product category, and then add the desired categories in Category A and in the options of your categories listing menu select Category A for the main category.

This way all the categories of Category B will not be displayed in that listing.

But I want the different categories to sit in different sections. I dont want them to unpublish
