New images path

Hi,

With the last upgrade the featured path to productimages has been changed to : images/com_hikashop/upload

I am used to manage my product images in my own directories so I had created a directory for that in the old default location: media/com_hikashop/upload

Now I am not able to manage my images manually anymore?
I tried but couldn't get it done like I was used to. At first I tried to assign an image in the old folder structure. No image visible.
Then I switched and tried to do that with the new default path. That didn't work either.

Strange since all the productimages are still located in the old featured path. And in the new featured path I do not see the folder structure as described in the Hikashop 2.4.5 change log.

What do I need to do to get things right?

Sorry about the typo. I meant 2.3.5

Your answer is clear enough but that is what i did....I tried to set a productimage the way I was used to before the upgrade. Somehow I cannot do this anymore.
That is why I assumed it has to do with the new feature path.
If that is not the case then why can't I set productimages anymore by specifying the file location?
