Hi,

I have a problem where the Add to cart button is only showing up for a single user group's pricing and I can't get it to show up for any other user groups. The price for each user group is working correctly but the add to cart button is hidden for all except 1 user group. I'm not sure what I may have done previously to cause this to happen. I've tried search all over the place but can't figure it out. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks.

Hi,

You potentially have missed a group for the price restriction, so for the group in question the price is free.
And if you have disabled the option to display add to cart button for free products, so there is no add to cart button displayed.

Yes that was worth checking but I believe that is setup and working correctly. Shown in the image attached.

Pic1: Price displaying correctly but no 'add to cart' button
Pic2: Shows the pricing setup for different user groups.

Also as previously stated, one user group does display the add to cart button - but the other 2 do not.

I don't see how that's possible. The system bases itself on whether prices were found or not to display the add to cart button so if you see a price, then you should see the add to cart, even more so if you see it for other user groups as it means that it cannot come from a global setting like the "catalogue mode" option of the HikaShop which can remove all the add to cart buttons.
So that leads me to believe that it comes from a customization of the product view.
Do you have a folder template/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product on your website and if you do, if you rename it via the FTP, does it solves the issue ?
If yes, then the issue indeed comes from a customization of the product view and you should contact either your template provider or the person who did the modifications for help.
If no, then please provide a backend access via our contact form with a link to this thread so that we can check your settings.

Yep there was an override! Thank you! - I must have put something in there years ago.
