Fatal error when entering a new product

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.2
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 35.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 34078720) (tried to allocate 10368 bytes) in /homepages/38/d510730332/htdocs/xxxxxxxxx/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/image.php on line 887

Hello,

I have just started configuring and adding product to my new hikashop and upon adding images to a new product I got the message:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 34078720) (tried to allocate 10368 bytes) in /homepages/38/d510730332/htdocs/xxxxxxxxxx/administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/image.php on line 887
The 'product page' in hikashop looks unformatted (see attachment)
Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it?
I'm new to hikashop.

Hi,

You can find a lot of threads in the forum which talk about the same fatal error.

You can also find a lot of pages in Internet which talk about the same fatal error.

Like you will see, the problem is not link to PHP but to your web server configuration.
