Category display in Demo – want same style.

Hi.
The very clean and attractive style of the product presentation in the demo was a key reason for investigating Hikashop. How can I achieve that look myself? Particularly the rollover effect which darkens the image and brings up the ad to cart button over the thumbnail image. I would very much like to have that effect in our shop.

For the demo website, we are using the template "JSN Glass" from JoomlaShine.
