Validation not working properly

Hi,

We are using Hikashop Business version 2.3.5, for registering in our website we have used hikashop's registration form. While we were trying to test the form without entering any data, it seems to not validate anything but verify password field.

I am attaching a screenshot. I have clicked on Register button below, it marks "Verify Password" field with gray border and shows an alert, but most fields are mandatory.

But we haven't entered any fields, there are many mandatory fields, you see that in the screenshot?

I have explained clearly that there are many mandatory fields but it shows error message that only "Verify Password" field is missing. When we enter that field it goes in reverse order individually that Password field missing, then Username, then Name and so on. I don't want your validation at all, just tell me how can I use my own validation overriding hikashop's.
