I can't understand how hide the product list below the category.

I tried in all way but it always appear.

Your site can't be accessed, seemingly due to a redirection loop.

So, you have a category listing (menu ID 223), and in its configuration, you have a product listing module below. For this module (ID 189 - which you can also access and edit directly), please set the option "Sub elements filter" to "Direct sub elements", save and check the frontend.
Please make also sure that all products are only in (sub) categories, not in the root category.

I hafe setteddirect sub elemnts, but nothing is changed.
the products are under root/maincategory/subcategory that is the category showed.
I would like in the shop main page only the maincategory nothing else.

I think you'll need to elaborate a bit more:

1. Category structure (screenshot of tree?), and which categories the products are in.
2. Screenshot(s) of the configuration of category listing menu item incl associated module.

You should directly :
- Go to "Hikashop->Display->Content menus"
- Edit the menu which have the ID number 223
- Delete the associated module from the "Associated module" option

- Go to "Hikashop->Display->Content modules"
- Remove the content module which have the ID number 189
