Custom Fields - Required yes, but must choose

Hi Guys,

I have required custom fields on order, they are 2 drop downs, but I need that user must make a choice for them to proceed.... so at the moment although they are "required fields" it's just defaulting to the first option.... It mustnt happen - how to get it like that?

Hi,

If the value of the selected element is empty, HikaShop will consider that the field is not fill so it will refuse it.

After that, we will need more details if you want us to help you correctly.
