More than one manufacturer per Product

Hello,

on our Shop we sell books and use the manufacturer-category to show our authors but in some cases there are more than one author for a book.
Is it possible to add more than one manufacturer per product?
We have also a menu to show the manufacturers (authors) and the associated products (books) so it should be possible to show one book associated to two or three different manufacturers.

Hi,

The manufacturer system only accept one single manufacturer per product.
It is not plan to handle multiple manufacturer in a short time because it will be incompatible with the current structure of the database for the manufacturer.

But HikaShop have a multi-category support for the products.
So if you want to propose an interface to list the products, you can use them.

Otherwise there is the possibility to use product custom fields and filters (thanks to HikaShop Business) ; it could be useful if you want to display the information and let the user filters the products in a listing.
