Tour Website

I have a tour website we are trying to migrate over to joomla and hikashop (if possible) from a totally different system.
We are still on the Essentials trial period trying to see if it will work for us.

Im having a little trouble understanding the products, options, variants, characteristics, etc...

Basically we are trying to replicate what we have here:

Notice at the bottom how we need to have like adult, child, observer prices and separate quantities. Also each of those needs modifiers like transportation (which may increase the cost per person) or other things (like tour time) which would not modify the price.

Is it possible to do something like this? Are there any modifications out there that would allow it?

Also, we would need some sort of event calendar where days of the week could be blocked off depending on the activity or tour.
