Popup image in shadowbox becoming oversized

Just wondering if you could help me figure out how I could take back control of the pop-up image size. We have recently changed some of the product page codes so that the Collapsable menu would...not collapse. We really wanted just to have the customer reviews openly displayed underneath and this was the only choice we could think of.

I am guessing that because of this mod, it has altered the way images are loading when the thumbnails are pressed. Now we get a gigantic image that doesn't even fit onto the screen. Nor is there are way to scroll down to view any part of the image aside from the top.

I could contact my theme owner, but they are basically not responding to any questions, unfortunately. I was just wondering if you would have any advice on how we could control it so that it would return to load within the screen revenue.
