file download using Jdownloads url link not work

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : file download using Jdownloads url link

Hi:
First I build a file download with Jdownloads components,have a file download url like:
http://www.***.com/1pdf/download/8-fluegas/299-afriso-e30x-datasheet
In hikashop I want add this url files section.
I set file mode to specify file location. tried to save but see error message below:

Message
The file path you entered is an absolute path but it doesn't exist.

Any way to fix it?

Hi,

There is a thread talking about that issue which provide a fix ; but the easier will be to re-download HikaShop 2.4.0 ; we included the patch.
