Hi,

There is no system to display images for options.
It's possible however for characteristics. We actually have a nice tutorial which explains how to do that and that you can find here:

Hi,

There is no option for that. This would require customization the product page code. If you're a developer, that's possible by editing the file show_block_custom_item via the menu Display>Views to add custom javascript code for that capability.
