stupidly simply inventory question

Really sorry to be posting this one. I have searched for answers on the forum but although many answers come very close, nobody actually seems to have answered this.

Stupidly simple question.....

Where do I put in how many of an item I have in stock?
I cant seem to find the box!??

i spent hours looking for it!!!! and it magically appears right after i posted a question about it!!!!
