Adding Google Snippet to "Contact Us for More .."

Hi,
I am trying to add Google tracking code to the "Contact us for more information" popup view (which I am assuming is coming from the view product/contact). Before I do so, my question is adding (as is) the following at the end of the file can affect anything?
The code is:

I tried to insert the above and it messed up my "Contact Us for More Information" form ...
Is there a way to insert the snippet above without upsetting the general form? Actually the only line needed is:

Hi,
I am afraid inserting the code as is at the end of the product/contact view file had messed up the form rendering it non-functional.
I had to delete any modifications to revert back to a functional form.
