Hello,
Your product listing content module seems to be correctly configured so it should display the products of the "Webstore" category, your issue can be coming from :
- The fact that you don't have products on the "Webstore" category
- The template position that you used for your product listing content module.

Hi,

You can use the setting "ordering field" in order to display the products with the highest "product_id" (so the more recent).
Or by "product_modified" to see the latest modified one.

I may throw in that it's usually a good idea to also specify an integer for "Number of columns" in the module (or other product or category listings).

everything seems right, my template also is fine it works with any other modules.
should I use "Hikashop Module Content display for Hikashop " for showing latest added items to my store, in my site's main page? or?

I need to show my latest store items in my main page.

Hi,

In the "HikaShop > Display > Content Modules" you will see the different configuration of your HikaShop modules (using the "HikaShop Module - Content display for HikaShop").
When you have a good module for your needs, you can add it in your Homepage yes.

Finally I could show latest products on my homepage. but although I chose it to be shown only on my home using "menu assignment" it is also shown in my store menu. I don't want to to be shown in my store menu also! I can't understand the way hikashop modules work, please guide.

Hi,

HikaShop modules works the exact same way Joomla modules work.

Go in the Joomla modules manager and edit your module. There you'll find a "menu assignment" setting. If you remove the "store" menu item from the menu assignment of the module, the module won't show on the "store" menu item. Otherwise, it will.
