First, please download again the HikaShop install package via the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website and install it on yours. We've added a patch recently to fix an issue with the notice popup and that might help.
If that doesn't help, try the different values of the "popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to circumvent the problem.
If that still doesn't help, we would need an access to your website in order to analyze the issue as it is currently in maintenance and we can't browse it.
