"Add to Cart" - pop up display error

-- PHP version -- : 5.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 44

Hi,

I have been trying to display a pop up message by enabling the option "After a product is added to the cart: Stay an Display a popup notice"

I am using OT_Cosmetics template now. Then I changed to ProtoStar Template. In both templates, without showing the popup notice the page simply refreshes.

On the checkout page, after the "terms & conditions" option enabled the popup notice not working when the link is clicked.

Any idea to solve this.

Hi,

First, please download again the HikaShop install package via the menu My account>My subscriptions on our website and install it on yours. We've added a patch recently to fix an issue with the notice popup and that might help.

If that doesn't help, try the different values of the "popup mode" setting of the HikaShop configuration in order to circumvent the problem.

If that still doesn't help, we would need an access to your website in order to analyze the issue as it is currently in maintenance and we can't browse it.

Hi,

I was able to find the issue which is a javascript conflict between two javascript libraries: jquery and mootools.
You'll have to install and configure the extension jQuery Easy for Joomla, which should fix that conflict and hopefully make the popups work on your frontend.
