when i input a price range "Min Qty" eg: 9 , its charging 0 unless they select 9, not what I am wanting.

i want it to charge the set price for 1-9 items,
then a set price for 10-19 items

I am wondering if my version of hikashop is not completely installed

the image link below shows the options i should see yet i do not see those options, i did start with the free version. then did a upgrade

not all part numbers need this option only a few

Seems you've set your pricing wrong, starting with $111.88 for minimum 9 units. Instead you should make that $111.88 for minimum 1 unit. The rest looks ok in your screenshot.
