Product Ordering

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.5

I've tried searching for an answer to this question but when the topic has 'order' in it, there are tons of shopping order questions/answers

So question is how can I place products in a specific order? Looking at the product list in the backend the Order column has all gray X icons.
