How to hide all products

You mean you don't want those "Related items" there under your product pages?

Ok, please go into the HikaShop configuration and look for the setting for "Modules under the product page". You're using a heavily customized template, but probably there's this module selected (one with the ID 174). Click on the button to de-select it, and when done, don't forget to save the new configuration. Then reload a product page in the front to check.

My other concern is can we change how the realted items appear as the formatting is terrible!! Is that atemplate issue?

The current table layout is certainly not optimal for the purpose.
So, first you should check your configuration of the module in question. Open it through the HikaShop backend -> Display -> Content modules -> the module with ID 174.
For "Type of layout" you have now probably set "Table". Change it to "Div", then check the (newly displayed) section "Parameters for DIV", and under "Type of item layout" select "image and title", or an equivalent from your template (to make it appearing as in your product listings), then save and reload the product page to check.
Obviously, more can be configured in the backend without dealing with code.

So, for your "Related items" I guess it's a setup "issue" rather than a template thing. However, your template has obviously come with view overrides and a specific CSS.
In case you want to change any of it, for both CSS modifications (e.g. to reduce the font size of the product name, also depending on screen size with media queries) and view (= layout) editions you find plenty of information in the HikaShop documentation: www.hikashop.com/support/support/documen...ize-the-display.html
