Clicking to view item goes to categories

My site was perfectly fine, I have changed nothing but all off a sudden one of the items will not display, when going to the Trousers category it displays the 2 items in the category correctly, when clicking to view the item Rhythm cargo pants, they will not display, the page shown is all the categories, this has never happened before, can you help please?

That can happen when a canonical URL was wrongly added or generated .

Sure I get that, but it's a little strange that I haven't been anywhere near that particular item for months and it's been fine, hence wondering why it would just suddenly be an incorrect canonical URL....main thing is that it's ok now
