How to change CSS of Cart module?

I have to make these changes:


td.hikashop_cart_module_product_delete_value.hikashop_cart_value a {
font-variant: normal;
font-weight: normal;
letter-spacing: 00;
margin-left: 0;
margin-right: 0;
padding: 10px;
width: 0;
}

td.hikashop_cart_module_product_name_value.hikashop_cart_value a {
font-family: Roboto;
font-size: 12px;
}


Can I make the change from admin panel or I have to change by ftp?
File?
