Changing Number of Columns by Screen Size

On mobile devices the product "image title" div list moves to a single column. What I would like to be able to do is change the number of columns depending on the width of the screen. Is this controlled in one of the views or in a css file? Pointing me to the right file would be a great help as well as any other tips.

BTW the template is created using TemplateCreatorCK and the template mobile.css file is attached if that has any relevance.

The columns change is made by css queries, the @media queries.
So you can adapt them by editing the frontend css file in Configuration > Display > CSS.
