Hi,

An easy way is to set the option "Main currency" in Configuration > Main > Currency to "Rs".
Then set the product prices in "$", in the menu settings enable the option "Original currency", and in Configuration > Display > Products enable the option "Show price in original currency" too.

This will display the price like: Rs.175 ($20), to replace it into "Rs.175/ $20" you can do translation overrides on the keys:
PRICE_BEFORE_ORIG and PRICE_AFTER_ORIG.

hello....

i follwed first step (it is already there as indain currency)

on second step i put dollar currency ($20) for a product without indian currency but the price came like Rs.20 ($20). when i add indian currency to same product ie. Rs.175 it came only indian currecy ie. Rs.175. No dollar currency.

"Show price in original currency too" it is already enabled.

ThankYou

Hi,

So when you set the price in dollar, the price in indian currency is the same as in dollar because you don't have refreshed the currency rate in System > Currencies, "Refresh rates" button in the toolbar.

i did n't get any "Refresh rates" in currencies......but finally i found a solution with Hika Currency switcher. Its quite fine for me.
But i still i cannot do Rs.175/ ($20). This dollar rate is fixed so that i don't really need the refresher rate.
If i move with Hika Currency switcher, can you help to to guide the user to insist to switch currency option from the main category page ?? Like an indication ??

Hi,

If you want to add a message at the top of a listing, you can write it in the description of the corresponding category. Then, just make sure that your menu item is configured to display the title.
