Characteristics values ramain balnk

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.5.29

Good morning,

I can't insert values in the characteristics.

I press add, fill out the field, press ok and it remains on the value page like you can see in the attached hikashop.jpg. The Only option left is pressing x but like this it doesn't add any values like in the attached hikashop01.jpg

PS. my version of Hikashop is 2.3.0

Are you using HikaShop 2.6.0 or HikaShop 2.3.0 ?

Hi,

Well that's normal in that case. HikaShop 2.3.0 is not compatible with Joomla 3.4.4.
If you update Joomla but not the extensions, it's normal that the extensions start to break at some point.
That's because we need to adapt our code to the modifications Joomla does with the new versions.

So the solution is simple. Update your HikaShop and it will work.

I already knew this, cant you tell me the code to replace to sort it out? Like you always do with the other customers?

There are many things to change in many places in this case. That's why I told you to update. It will be way simpler than trying to patch the many files involved with the correct patches in order to patch that but not break other things.
We do provide patches when it's only one or two changes in one or two places. But for this issue, that's not possible.
