Additions to an order to add to total...

Hello clever people...

I am building a site which needs some advanced configuration and I don't know how to do it.
The site is a Web to Print provider... I am using the free HikaShop module and I want to make a few customisations that I don't know how to do.

All I need is one example built correctly so I can emulate it throughout the site...
The site is on a development server at the moment so not live...

What I want to do is have a HikaShop product page which shows:
Example - "Printed Folded Leaflets"
Text Left - Image right - then
Field for "Quantity to be printed" with price calculated after choosing a quantity...
Field for "Paper Type" (10 options on a drop down) with price calculated and added to Total
Field for Folds (one, two or three) to be added if selected with price calculated and added to Total
Field for Lamination (matte or gloss) to be added if selected with price calculated and added to Total

I managed to populate a dropdown list with variants in but they don't add to the price total and they don't output to any kind of Order Form...

It just needs to work, doesn't have to be in a dropdown like shown below...

Just need the additions to add a cost to the title then give some kind of summary of the work to be done.
Just cannot work out how this is done.
