the stars vote can notbe removed

hello , i was not able to remove the voting stars even with the feature turend off please see screenshot, thanks

Hi,

This setting has nothing to do with the vote stars being displayed there.
Check instead the settings in the "Vote & Comment" section of the Features tab of the hikashop configuration.
