Hi,

I've upload my CSV with complete table names and no errors. My problem is that the images don't show up and the default images on all products are shown. I'e tried uploading the same CSV file in my localhost and it's working just fine, but when I uploaded it in my domain, the images aren't showing.

Please help!

Regards

Hi,

What CSV did you use ? Could you provide an example with one or two products ?
Did you put the images in the upload folder of HikaShop ? Did you use URLs for the images ?

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for the reply. This is solved now. Apparently the problem was with the security of the hosting.
But I have one more question, I have deleted all the products in my database and then re-uploaded them, there are products that say: "Message
Product not found"

I would want to know what could be the problem. Thank you!

Regards

Hi,

It means that you provide a reference to a product and that product is not found anymore.
Maybe you did not clean the products in all required tables.

Hello Jerome,

I deleted the products manually in database under the table sample_hikashop_products. What other tables should I delete as well?

Regards,
Yoshi

Hello again,

I would also like to know how do I customize the Social Media of Hikashop? Thanks again!

Hi,

The hikashop_product table is only for the main data of the product.
You have the hikashop_price table for the prices of the products, the hikashop_file table where the images and files of the products are registered, the hikashop_product_category for the links between categories and products, the hikashop_product_related table for related products and options, the hikashop_variant table for the links between products/variants and characteristics.
So all of these should be cleaned.

You can configure the Social media buttons of the HikaShop product pages by editing the settings of the "HikaShop Social Networks" plugin via the Joomla plugins manager.

Hello Nicolas,

I cleaned the tables you mentioned above but I'm still getting an error message that say Product not found.

Hi,

So wouldn't the problem come from the canonical URL of the products which would contain the old product id while the new product would have a different id ?
Having a copy of the CSV you're using would help understand what you have.

Hi,

I don't see a problem with that CSV.
Could you do a screenshot of the settings of the product edition page for that product ?
Could you also give a link to the products listing where you have to link to that product which generates the "product not found" problem ?
