Registration process leads to empty cart

-- url of the page with the problem -- : substancetestsite.co.uk/v3/index.php/resource-shop
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.4

if you proceed to checkout and have to register for the first time it will send you an activation email, when you click this email activation link it sends you to the home page, which has a notice on top to say the account has been activated but the cart is empty, so if somebody adds to cart and start the checkout process they will have to do the same again after they have registered. Can this be fixed>

Hi,

If the customer is using the same browser, he will get back his cart. It shouldn't be lost.
More than that, in the Joomla settings you can change the registration mode by enabling directly the accounts without a confirmation email.
