Some content be cut off in the category

Hello Sir
This is a new question for me .
When I use the original version. It is no problem to display the item.
But when I update the version to Hikashop 2.5.0 it cause me a problem that is nothing with the latest version until the latest version 2.6.0.
This problem is a category from A~Z for now it only shows on A~J,And the other is disappear.That means K~Z must in the system but now it show nothing.
For know I can't not update my item because the category something is wrong.
because the missing K~Z is still remain but only on the right side.
(After J is gone)

Sorry for tell you that.We update the version and rename the folders administrator/c,omponents/com_hikashop and components/com_hikashop and install HikaShop again to make sure that the files are replaced and clear your browser's cache the problem still can not be solved.
Do you have some suggest? Because we have a lot of data and picture with hikashop,we consider to have a quite simple solution.
