Custom ordering of products?

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5

Is there a way to customize the order in which products display in a given category? Currently the only options are ascending or descending and my client really wants to be able to re-organize the order on the back end and have it reflect on the front end.

Hi,

In the menu / module settings, you can select another value for the option "ordering_field".
This allow you to filter in the order set in the backend if you select the value "Ordering".
