Incorrect variant added to cart...

1) I have products (under Cards and Card Sets) with two variants (Individual Card and Boxed Card Set) displayed on product page with radio buttons; however, regardless of the radio button only one variant (Boxed Card Set) is added to cart. Example page: adifferentcard.com/index.php/adc-shop/product/14857-wages-war/

2) The quantity input selector on product page changes but the number selected is not transmitted to cart.

3) The shopping cart does not refresh when newly entering site and using add to cart button for the first time. Upon second use of add to cart button cart refreshes and displays product.

4) In Chrome, the delete button in the shopping cart is not present

I have discovered that if the Individual Card variant of a product is manually saved (with no changes) that problems 1 and 2 are corrected. (The original product and category information was imported as CSV).
