Currency Switcher - Works on Homepage Only?

Hey Guys,

I have a problem with the currency switcher, I dont know how long its been doing this - but its only come to my attention now...

So basically - mod rewrite enabled, currency switcher will work only on homepage.

If I go into a product category or even in checkout and try to change currency, I get a load of garbage in the address bar... which loads a blank page.

But if I disable mod rewrite for the nice URL without index.php then it works fine, you change the currency and it updates automatically not load a new url... how do I fix this? I saw a previous post from about 7 months ago with the same issue - where the setting for use form + paste in the new code to the mod_hika currency thing - but that didnt work out for me...

Thank you for getting back to me. It was on URI,

I changed it to URL and tested... I get the same issue

I changed it to Automatic and tested again... I still have the same issue...

It seems to be that when you do it on homepage it reloads the page... with the currency updated... but if in a category page with a different URL up top - when you do it it seems to reload the page with the same URL but a whole lot more stuff afterwards...

EG:
www.WEBSITENAME.com/xbox-live/currency/u...com%2Fxbox-live.html

Well I'm using:

Admin Tools
System - Canonical
System - HD-Canon

If I disable them, but still have mod_rewrite on - and replace the .htaccess with standard issue one...

Its still not working.

I did once install 404SEF on here but have long since uninstalled it... not sure what this issue is... its only happening once the url is more than the standard www.MYSITE.com url anything else just gets added to the end of it...

I just cant figure it out, can I send you a PM with the site URL so you can see the issue?
