Main Menu Categories Help

Hi I'm trying to set up my main menu on my site and would like to have 3 separate categories with their own tabs on the main menu and have tried everything but the 3 categories show up on every page where I would like one category per page. Is there a way to do this?

A solution can be to create 3 different category/product listing content menus with different "Main category" option values for each menu.
