Cannot search a product or category

Even after enabling all search plugins such as smart search and search as well as hika shop search plugins . I cannot search a product or category . i get no items found.

I can find product via simple search but not using smart search.

Yes. I can search products using simple search but smart search does not work

One more thing if I search a brand and then click the brand after searching then i go to URL as www. .../component/hikashop/category/21-panasonic but not www. .../brands-listing/category/21-panasonic which is the actual brand URL

We don't have integration with smart search module, only with simple search or some other third search modules.
So it is normal that you don't see results with the smart one.

Regarding the url issue, in the plugin settings, you can set an itemid, so you have to select a menu with the desired alias.
In your case, set the id of the menu with the alias "brands-listing".
