how can meta description form change to WYSIWYG

how can meta description form change to WYSIWYG editor? (It is essential)
and displaye in produact page tabullar, simiilar description,comment,...

I add this code in administrator/component/com_hikashop/views/products/tmpl/normal.php :

Hi,

The meta description field is used to generate the meta description in the page.
I let you read documentation about the HTML meta description but it is not possible to put HTML content into it.

Your posted several message in the forum, mostly about customization and we already told you that the customization that our support can provide is more than limited.
We already been nice by giving your some tips about CSS or some other stuff but ; they are few points that warn my attention.

I'm not going to disturb the focus hikashop team. And also when you're a 24-hour ongoing support, we also support our company 24 hours done.So we do not rest.
So, please do not answer arrogant.
However, my question:( If the answer is possible. Please)

I want a form editor smillar description form , in backend and forntend(only product page in tab)
But I can not use the custom fields becuse I use that in other part.

Hi,

The meta description field is used to generate the meta description in the Joomla header page.
If you put some HTML content in that "meta description" field ; you will generate issues in your page header.
So ; I don't see the point to change that texteara into a wysiwyg if it generate problems in your website afterwards.
It is not that I don't want to help you but I want to warn you about the problematic of that field.

At first, thank you for your efforts to guide.
I say in above post : I Don`t want change meta desciption.meta description forget it.then, do not talk about it(meta description)

at Short: only only I want 2 description form in backend and forentend.( But I can not use the custom fields becuse I use that in other part. )

Hi,

I still think that you should use a custom product field of the type "wysiwyg" for what you want to do. That way you can easily get the editor in the backend and have it save the data in the database automatically.
Then, turn off the frontend display setting of that field, and display it manually where you want on the product page with some custom code in the "show_default" or "show_tabular" view file:

<?php echo $this->element->column_name; ?>
where column_name is to be replaced by the column name of the custom field.

worked perfect,but one problem:
when add custum field (ex: column_name,column_name2,column_name3)
in show show_block_dimensions and when add

<?php echo $this->element->column_name2; ?>
in show other part
I want when insert column_name2 in above code , in show block dimensions hidden(dont show duplication )

Hi,

To not display the custom field value in the show_block_dimension so you just have to not add the code.
And to add it in a tab, so in the show_tabular view, you just have to edit that view and add the same code in the div of one of the tabs.
