about upload files in products page

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.8

Hi
I am adesigner
i want sale for example visitcard via my shop
ok
i need creat a feild in product page that customers when apply a order upload their files for example logo or ......
i creat item feild and this field is upload ajax
but after order only i can see the file in /media/com_hikashop/upload
but whit this way a have 2 problems
1-i cant understand which file for which order or customer?
2-customers cant see which file uploded for which orders or cant chande it
please help me if you know another solution for this problems??

Hi,

When you have an "item" custom field ; you are able to see the attached file in your HikaShop backend.
The custom field will display a link and you can click on that link to see/download the file.

Customer can be able to see their item custom field when displaying their order in the front-end.
They can't modify an item custom field after an order has been made ; the fields are only in edition during the checkout.
But using some custom development, it could be possible to make some field editable in the order page. It requires some PHP/Development skills.

customers can not see in his controlpanel>>orders>>

and me too
i can not see in orders in backend.

The settings in the custom fields seem ok.
Can you provide a link to a product page with that custom field so that we can reproduce the problem on your website ?

Hi,

I see some small problems in your screenshot and your website.
- You have an "ajax file" custom field, but the field is managed link an "ajax image" one.
- The text in the upload zone is "No image ..." when it should be "No file ..."
- The content returned by the ajax upload act like it was an image and not a file ; so the display is not right according to the current CSS.

I see that you have HikaShop and HikaMarket in that website ; please be sure to use the latest version of both.
