[Solved] Exclude out of stock on single variant

I would like to display the out of stock for all variants of a product except one. I use select size {Select-Size} as a varient set to default. I disabled out of stock in the language file already. But my problem is i want some variants to display out of stock however i don't want my {Select-Size} varient to display out of stock because i have the quantity set to 0.
1. Is there another better way to accomplish my goals instead of using {Select-Size} as a variant.
2. Or is there a way to exclude out of stock on my {select-size} variant only.
