Hello,

I am working on a site that I did not build myself. I am stuck with a product display that is listed under the products in a category. When you slide over the image some text shows up (image attached).

In the live site I have set the display to none in CSS but this is causing issues with the ssl as the images in the display is not loaded using https://.

It looks like it is a Hikashop module/plugin as the styling is the same. I have been through, menus/modules/plugins but I cannot find this particular display anywhere.

If it is from Hikashop, I am hoping that you might be able to guide me on where to go from the image, if not I can remove the CSS code so it shows on page.

Thank you
Kind regards
Lene

Hello,

I just worked out that it looks like it is coming from 'Associated products listing for category listing menu 634', but the module is disabled. I tested changing the number in the list in the disabled module and the number changed.

Why is it showing when the module is disabled?

I have attached two images.

Thanks
Kind regards
Lene

Hi,

Go in the menu Display->Content menus and edit your menu.
There, in the products listing associated module settings, you can configure the item box layout setting. By default it's set to "image and title". If you set it to "slider horizontal/vertical", you'll get the effect that you're talking and that you don't want. So I would recommend to set that setting back to "image and title" and it should be ok.

Hi Nicolas,

I would like the module comletly removed. By setting it in css to display:none removes it but the images in the module does not show with https:// so the page does no show as secure.

Hi,

That's because you configured your images without HTTS in your product descriptions. You should make sure that you enter them with HTTPS in your products. Otherwise, you'll have the same product on the product page of these products.

Regarding the module, go in the menu Display>Content menus and edit your menu (id 634) and disable the module with the id 217 in the select popup of the option "associated modules" there and the module display will be removed from the HTML.

Hi Nicolas,

Ok, I will go through the images.

Regarding the module, when you go into the content menu with id 634, the associated module is set to not published. Module 634 has the id 217 and it is set to not published. I have attached some images with the settings. I can't see why it is still listed???

Kind regards
Lene

Hi,

Did you click on the "select" button on the page www.hikashop.com/media/kunena/attachment...929/content-menu.jpg and looked at the published state of the module there ? That's there that you need to look, as I said in my previous message, not in the listing of modules.
